Mark J. Walton

Work History and Education

Mark was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2012 and to the Bar of Nova Scotia in 2008. He received a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick, a Masters of Laws from Dalhousie University, and a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from Keele University in England.

Mark served with the Royal Air Force all around the world before becoming a lawyer. He was raised with solid values and a desire to make a contribution to the world around him. Mark values working as a lawyer because it allows him the privilege to speak up for others. Mark works hard for his clients and asks for that same level of commitment from each client.

Mark has extensive trial experience in the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia and also represents clients in mediations. He primarily practices in the following areas:

Personal Life

Mark has two sons, plays soccer, has a limited working proficiency in Japanese, and supports Arsenal F.C., a professional football club based in Islington, London.
